Again, there really has to be a method to this madness.

    What defines coin distribution?

Let's say someone does illegally obtain coins and buys a player.

Is someone who unknowingly sells that card to that individual guilt of coin distribution?

why would the person who sold the player be guilty of anything? not sure where you're coming from.
    Coin distribution.
I'm asking for the definition of it by providing what I could conceive as an example of distributing coins that were illegally obtained.
I blame the seller only due to the fact we have people who claim to have been banned for no violations.
When someone does illegally buy coins, they don't plan on sitting on them. They'll use it to obtain cards. Thus, those coins move to someone else. Hence, that's the distribution of coins bought illegally.
This could possibly be something that EA justified for the ban in the first place, as they wouldn't be the type to research each individual transaction and determine if it was coincidental or an agreement between two users.
Counting coin sellers out, is it also possible for coin distribution to be someone moving coins consistently from one account to another, effectively farming that account, and in effect possibly use multiple farming accounts for events like the free new year’s elite to quickly get coins?

I am not 100% but there might have been something in the tos against this. And when someone is moving 1m to 99m using bronze players, that would raise suspicion.
its not possible now due to the price caps and EA bots

so i guess buying players from AH counts as coin distribution (coin selling in EA terms)

i heard a lot of ppl getting unbanned, but could this just be another one of EA's "accidental nice moves"

who knows maybe the TOS team fucked up with the buttons and will turn the BAN command on with filters all over again...

Just ...don't get ur hopes too up... i'm gonna take a break from this game periodically cuz its just crazy what has abruptly happened in the past few days

maybe those twitter complaints on harden's tweet, or those bad reviews really got to them, the mass phone calls...

who knows, in the end, we have already seen EA can do whatever the hell it wants without regard for the player base's work or feelings.

I have not yet received an email to my case, and a lot of ppl haven't either, i checked mine on the official EA contact cases and it still says "in progress" .Maybe they were lazy, maybe its all just another fuck you waiting to be dropped.

The biggest fuckers in the end are the coin sellers, without them this shit wouldn't have happened in the first place

I'm not sure if it is true or not but I have been hearing that the bans were just a bug. Supposedly EA said that but I am just going on what I've heard. I doubt they would send the response saying that they won't unban accounts if it was just a bug but I hope that's the case because some of you didn't deserve it

     lets hope this is true

I get the frustration but coming on here and posting a bunch of different ban threads isn't going to solve anything. In my opinion EA was just too lazy to take the time and go through and ban those who deserve it so instead they just decided pretty much anyone who was at a certain overall and level which didn't spend money had to be breaking the terms of service. That is actually completely backwards because the guys who actually did violate EA's terms of service wouldn't have 88-92 overalls, the guys who did it are mostly 95 and higher which is common sense. I would think anyone who is 88-92 with a bunch of fans and on a high level would be the ones who you could tell weren't violating any TOS rules. In my opinion this is typical EA incompetence. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

lol well said, EA follows communism now
